MobileIron Integration for ServiceNow

BYOD Portal integration for MobileIron Core adds mobile device inventory, status, and common admin actions (i.e. send message, retire, force check-in) into an enterprise's ServiceNow instance. With this integration your Service Desk can easily find an employees mobile devices, open tickets/incidents against them, and directly perform the most common admin tasks without having direct access to MobileIron's admin console. Mobile devices inventory including all the imported attributes (i.e. OS version, compliance status, IMEI) can be reported on with ServiceNow's standard reporting and dashboard capabilities as well.

Now we’ve taken our integration one step further with the addition of ServiceNow Asset Management to MobileIron Core and Cloud. This allows IT to view and manage all IT asset data, including mobile, desktop, and software. As a result, mobile management is even easier for IT admins, end users, and help desk agents because they can manage all of their IT resources with the same ITSM solution they already know and love.
